I had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, but the carpet seemed worn and dingy. The service was friendly and prompt, yet I noticed a lack of a bartender in the lobby bar. The location is safe, though the towels could be of better quality. The dining experience was a mix of excellent buffet options and a not-so-great encounter with a cockroach. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and absolutely amazing, especially the suite with its nice decor, glass doors, large jacuzzi, and separate TV room. Although the standard room was a bit small, the suite upgrade was definitely worth the $200 value. The service I received was super friendly, with a well-greeted crew. The location was great, close to Plaza Rio and good restaurants, and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The dining experience was mostly excellent, with attentive staff, but I did spot a cockroach, which was a turn-off. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The hotel had a nice decor with all glass doors and a large jacuzzi, making it comfortable for three adults. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the large bathroom with a huge walk-in shower was amazing. The value for the price, estimated at $200, was excellent.
